Quality and diversity
Ifes has developed comprehensive energy and climate concepts in many projects or performed simulations. All objects are trendsetting and sustainable buildings, which fulfill the critical aspects of sustainability. We have also certified many of these buildings. In this way, the “ifes” helped many projects to a high profile Green Building Label. You can request us for abstracts of these reference projects. Baufeld 10 Rheinauhafen – Cologne
The office design in the Cologne Rheinauhafen origi-nated by the architect's office Gatermann + Schossig from Cologne.
Etrium – Cologne
The new Building, etrium Cologne having an effective area of 3.751 m² with its large Atrium was designed by Benthem Crouwel architects and built by HIBA Grundbesitz GmbH & Co. KG of Cologne in 2008.
Kranhaus Süd – Köln
The newly constructed office building Kranhaus Süd, in Cologne, is one of three crane buildings in the recently developed office site Rheinauhafen in Cologne.
This provides a prestigious address for premium offices, commercial and residential real estates.
DZ Bank – Berlin
The extraordinary building located at the Pariser Platz has an air conditioning concept, which has been developed with a dynamic building and plant simulation.
Interface Office – Krefeld
The interior fittings of the historic building in Krefeld is one of the first DGNB certificates for interiors and is awarded with platin.
maxCologne – Köln
The Deutz banks of the Rhine river gained a new urban appearance thanks to the complete reconstruction of the former Lufthansa high rise.
Emporio Tower - Hamburg
The office building consists of a reinforced concrete core with a steel frame and curtain wall construction. The facade consists of non openable windows with internal solar shading.
kik Headquarter Europe – Bönen
The ifes GmbH was commissioned by the Kik Non-Food GmbH & Co KG to plan an energy-efficient and sustainable energy concept in co-operation with the architect's office Hanssen.
Media Building Schwäbischer Verlag – Ravensburg
The media building of the swabian publisher was designed and generally planned by the architect Wiel Arets and his team from Amsterdam.
