Ifes has developed comprehensive energy and climate concepts in many projects or performed simulations. All objects are trendsetting and sustainable buildings, which fulfill the critical aspects of sustainability. We have also certified many of these buildings. DGNB Gold Award for the Neue Direktion in Cologne.
Spherion – Düsseldorf
Spherion is an office building with atrium that was designed by Düsseldorf architects Deilmann & Koch and handed over to the present tenant Deloitte & Touche in 2003.
TÜV Rheinland Hochhaus – Cologne
LEED Gold Award for the TÜV Rheinland high rise in Cologne-Poll.
Philips Headquarter – Hamburg
The new office building, Philips European Headquarters, consists of two 17 storey office towers having an approximate gross area of 22,000m2.
Tanzende Türme – Hamburg
The expressive high-rise pair on the Reeperbahn required special solutions to the climate concept. The architecture is derived by architects Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT) from Hamburg.
Unilever Haus, HafenCity – Hamburg
In September 2009, the consumer goods group Uni-lever moved to their new corporate headquarter with workstations for about 1,100 employees in the Hafen-City Hamburg.
