Building quality is measured objectively
The certification of a building, documents the fulfillment of sustainability criteria. Through a certification with a seal of approval, the quality requirements of the client`s building become objectively visible and measurable. The holistic approach to planning, life cycle cost analysis and the evaluation of the operational interaction, facade and technology through our simulations, manage a safe and efficient prediction of the project´s early planning stage. As an experienced auditor, we support the entire design and construction process and formulate, combined with the team's objectives, an energy concept for the proposed sustainable building. The certification process is carried out in accordance to the construction process in several stages. This leads to a continuous improvement of the results. We offer consulting and certification according to the DGNB, BREEAM and LEED standards.
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
As part of a life cycle assessment the environmental impact of the construction of a building and its facilities is considered.
Environmental & Product Declaration (EPD)
In the evaluation of buildings in regard to their sustainability, EPDs (Environmental Product Declaration) are an essential prerequisite for construction. We create EPDs and analyze in this context, the energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of your production.
