ifes - Energy efficiency training
at TÜV Rheinland in Greater China
ifes in Beijing und Shanghai
In the period from 6.9.2014 to 11.6.2014 ifes GmbH were in Beijing at the colleagues of the TÜV Rheinland China for training with the contents of energy
efficiency, sustainability and green building standards for certification by buildings.
The aims of the training were:
- to familiarize employees with the technology and services to the energy efficiency
- jointly develop strategies in order that the services can be offered to the Chinese market
- to familiarize the employees with the Green Building certification standards LEED;BREEAM and DGNB
In order to achieve these goals quickly, ifes did presentations to the colleagues in China detailed,
which contain all of their on this topic provided services and know-how. Also ifes explicated about
the benefits and efforts using the example of successful projects in the past.
In Addition to the training program, together with Mr. Thomas Fuhrmann and Mr. Ben Zhang, a
meeting was held by „China Academy of Building Research“ (CABR) in Beijing. Here the chance of
the cooperation between TÜV Rheinland and the Institute, who take the responsibility of the national
Green Building activities in China, was discussed
