The “ifes GmbH” pursuits a focus on sustainability in the planning and development of energy-efficient buildings and facilities and to reduce the building`s energy consumption. We plan integrally and economically and this is why we observe the life-cycle costs of a building throughout all operational stages.

This is especially true for the modernization of existing buildings. Thus deserves the highest attention. Since a revitalized building is going to be prepared optimally for the future. The operating costswill be reduced and the user comfort will increase and even the operational possibilities might be extended. A new corporate identity is created along the way.
